About the Role
- Inventory control across the 2 warehouses Aus.
- Manage the stock to delivery on time.
- Coordinate for coming shipments to Aus.
- Inputting and processing customer purchase orders into system, plan the orders schedule.
- Coordinate pickup with local Fright Company – national distributers and other.
- Liaised with internal and external stakeholder like WH staff, financial department, customer service, company.
- Advise the responsible team members on missing packing and accessories materials for new orders.
- Preparing daily orders and ensuring correct amount & type of stock is delivered.
- Pick & pack, unload containers & drive forklift.
- Perform periodic stock-takes & monitoring stock level.
- Booking consignments, couriers, parcels.
- Pallet management (LOSCAM/CHEP)
- Generate invoices, ASN & SSCC knowledge required (can train if needed) & knowledge of ERP systems highly advantage.
- Ability to work autonomously and should be team-player.

Qualifications/Skills Required
- Prior experience as a Logistics/Warehouse Assistant preferred but not essential.
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
- Forklift licence is an advantage.
- Knowledge of warehouse and knowing to use warehouse equipment’s.
- Sound knowledge of shipping processes and metrics.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Strong focus on customer service & communication skills.
- Physically fit and mobile.
