Any feedback you provide, will not adversely affect the level of care you or your loved one receives from Jewish Care. Daily Living Supports

Registered NDIS Provider

Our Daily Living Support Program assists people living with a disability to live their lives as fully and independently as possible, meet their individual care needs and achieve their personal goals.

We offer assistance with:

  • realising goals around accommodation, employment, and independent living,
  • daily living tasks, such as maintaining your health, household and personal care, and
  • accessing social and recreational activities. 


We offer flexible and culturally sensitive options, with support provided through one-to-one support, brokerage, support coordination and case management.

The program is fully approved through the NDIS, has some funding and support through the Victorian State Government, and can be purchased through Individual Packages of Support.
