Our Active Living Centres are home to a wide range of recreational and social groups, enabling you to stay active, explore and enjoy new hobbies, and make new friends.
With professional staff on hand, we can help you create a personalised plan to manage and optimise your health and well-being.
Allied Health Services
Through clinical intervention, care, and treatment, our premier allied health services may assist you in improving and maintaining your independence and wellbeing.
Tailored to your personal needs, our skilled and caring allied health professionals focus on restoring, improving or maintaining your independent functioning and wellbeing, through a range of clinical interventions, care and treatment.
Our allied health services include*:
- physiotherapy
- occupational therapy
- exercise therapy
- podiatry
- social work
Our professional staff can help you with:
- recovery from an illness, surgery or injury
- ongoing management or chronic conditions such as arthritis or pain
- assessment and recommendations for specialised equipment or home modifications
- accommodation issues
- financial concerns
- reviewing aged care options

Social Support Groups
Social support groups create opportunities to enjoy and explore new hobbies and interests, make new friends, socialise and stay connected to the community.
We have half-day or full-day programs and lunch is always on offer. Our social support programs are always being reviewed, however, at the time of publishing our activities include:

Respite Programs
Respite programs at the Active Living Centres assist carers to have a well deserved break while their loved ones engage in other activities and interests. Respite can be delivered onsite at the Active Living Centres or in the comfort of home.
Seniors benefit from accessing day programs at our Active Living Centres by pursuing activities, interests, and friendships in a safe, supported, and friendly environment while carers enjoy planned breaks and care for their own wellbeing.
Other Services
The Active Living Centres offer a range of other services to support older members of the Victorian Jewish community to live independently, including:
- excursions
- access to various cultural events
- transport to and from the Active Living Centres (inc. taxi vouchers)
- assistance in My Aged Care processes
