Andrew Schwartz

Board Member

Andrew is the Managing Director and one of the founders of Qualitas Property Partners.

He is responsible for overseeing the group’s activities, setting the strategic direction of the business, transaction origination as well as building and enhancing relationships with the Group’s strategic capital providers, clients, investors, financiers and consultants.

Qualitas is a real estate credit and equity fund manager who provides capital to the property sector including development projects. Andrew is on the advisory Board of Property Industry Foundation Victoria and is also a full member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
