Marilyn Kraner

Director: Disability & Social Services

Over the last 10 years, Marilyn has been the Divisional Manager of Individual & Family Services at Jewish Care.

A qualified social worker and family therapist, with an Executive Masters in Public Administration, Marilyn has over 30 years experience in the health and welfare sectors including senior positions within the child protection system, Centres Against Sexual Assault, child and adolescent psychiatry, and in the Departments of Health and Human Services.

Over the last 10 years, Marilyn has been the Divisional Manager of Individual & Family Services at Jewish Care.  
Central to Marilyn’s leadership and management style is a commitment to transparent communication, inclusive relational environments and integrity. She is passionate about advocating for service equity and developing culturally safe service design and delivery for marginalised and hard-to-reach client groups.

On a personal note, Marilyn is the youngest child of Holocaust survivors and has two adult children of her own.
