Disability Employment Navigator

Welcome, Business Owners!

At Jewish Care, we believe that people with disability make great employees and we are committed to helping your business unlock its full potential. That’s why we’ve created a booklet that showcases the benefits of hiring people with disability and introduces our Disability Employment Navigator service.

The Disability Employment Navigator will work with your business to navigate the pathways to successful employment of people with disability. Our free and unique service provides tailored support, education and training to help you find and retain the right candidates.

In addition, we’ve produced two videos featuring success stories from Becon Constructions and Col Smith Landscape Garden and Building Supplies. These videos showcase the benefits of hiring people with disability and how our navigator service has helped businesses like yours.
