Who are we?

Souper Bistro is more than just a restaurant — it’s a social enterprise with a huge heart. We serve delicious, kosher meals inspired by Eastern European flavours in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. All profits from Souper Bistro go directly to Souper Charity, which provides food security support to 1,600 people each month. Our motto is simple: “Souper food. Souper good.”

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for an experienced, passionate hospitality professional to be the face of Souper Bistro. If you love people and food, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first, smiling and welcoming face our customers see.
  • Manage FOH systems, including Epos, ordering platforms and bookings.
  • Provide top-notch customer service skills. Barista skills are a bonus.
  • Handle stock management efficiently for both food items and disposables.
  • Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with the kitchen and leadership teams.
  • Availability to start ASAP, working Wednesday to Friday.
  • Speaking Russian is a bonus, English is a must!
